I used to work in graphic design.  Long hours, low pay, no growth. I joined NCSE V Gain not knowing a single thing about insurance.  The beginning was tough — I had doubts, I struggled to close.  But I had mentors. I had a team. And I didn’t give up. Today, I lead my own team, help others get started, and still keep learning.  If you’re hungry for more, I’d love to share what I know.
